Our ethical sourcing program focuses on fair wages and decent working hours, with all partners complying with legal wage and overtime requirements. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child labour and forced or bonded labour, in line with ILO standards. Regular audits help ensure safe, clean, and healthy working conditions. Workers are free to join unions or worker groups without fear of discrimination. We also promote sustainability by encouraging responsible resource use and practices that reduce environmental impact.

We continuously evaluate and minimize the environmental footprint of our sourcing operations, from fabric to final delivery.Our actions include: Sustainable Raw Materials: Prioritizing organic cotton, recycled polyester, bamboo, hemp, and other eco-friendly fibres. Water & Energy Efficiency: Supporting partners with closed-loop systems, rainwater harvesting, and solar energy integration. Chemical Safety: Partnering with ZDHC-compliant vendors who use safe dyes and certified finishing agents. Zero-Waste Goals: Initiatives to reuse fabric scraps, compost organic waste, and recycle packaging materials.
